Salisbury Steak

1 package onion soup mix, mixed with 10 oz. of water
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. mustard powder

Mix together 1/3 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper. Shape into 6 flat ovals.

Brown both sides in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, blend flour with remaining soup. Add ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard powder. Pour over meat in skillet. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
