2 1/2 lbs. red skinned potatoes, coarsely chopped
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp grill seasoning
2 tsp sweet paprika
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Toss all ingredients. Spread onto a non-stick cookie sheet.
Cook 25 minutes, turning occasionally.
