Sweet Brisket

3 lb brisket
season salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup chili sauce
2 large onions, sliced thick
1 cup dried apricots
carrot and potato chunks

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2. Season brisket well with: season salt, brown sugar, red wine, chili sauce. Rub in well.

3. Top with onions and apricots. Throw some potatoes and carrots in pan. Bake uncovered until tender, then cover for about 3 hours until done, or may be cooked in pressure cooker. Add water as needed.
