Quiche/Frittatas

3 eggs

¾ cup milk

¾ cup whipping cream

¼ cup onion

salt, pepper

veggie/cheese (broccoli/cheddar, mushroom/swiss, spinach/swiss)


Whisk all ingredients. Pour into prepared pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 min-1 hour, or just until top turning golden.

For frittatas: finely chop onions and vegetables. Pour into well-oiled small muffin pan.
