Passover Mandelbrot

5 eggs

1 ¾ cup sugar

1 cup oil

1 cup walnuts, finely chopped

1 Tbps. vanilla or almond extract

3 cups cake meal

1 cups mini chocolate chips

cinnamon sugar

1. Beat eggs, sugar, oil, and pinch of salt.
2. Add cake meal, nuts, chips, and extract.
3. Shape into 2 long rolls; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
4. Bake on greased and floured cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 350°.
5. Cup ½ inch slices while still warm. Lay flat and cook 10 minutes; flip and cook 5-10 more minutes.
