1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup milk
Tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1. Heat grill over medium-high heat (or to 375 degrees).
2. Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add eggs, milk, and butter. Butter should be slightly lumpy.
3. Brush pan with butter. Cook pancakes until bubbles form and edges are slightly dry, flip.
