Fried Chicken


Course ground black pepper

Season All


Skinless assorted chicken pieces

  1. Dip in: flour, pepper, Season All mixture
  2. Dip in: egg, water mixture
  3. Dip in: flour mixture again
  4. Fry:

  • Heat 1 inch safflower oil in large pan.
  • Fry chicken uncovered over med/high heat 10 minutes; flip chicken over.
  • Cover and reduce heat to low; cook 15 minutes
  • Uncover and turn heat back up; cook 5 minutes
  • Flip and continue cooking 10 more minutes until both sides are crispy.
