Course ground black pepper
Skinless assorted chicken pieces
- Dip in: flour, pepper, Season All mixture
- Dip in: egg, water mixture
- Dip in: flour mixture again
- Heat 1 inch safflower oil in large pan.
- Fry chicken uncovered over med/high heat 10 minutes; flip chicken over.
- Cover and reduce heat to low; cook 15 minutes
- Uncover and turn heat back up; cook 5 minutes
- Flip and continue cooking 10 more minutes until both sides are crispy.
