Curry Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup mayonaise (or half mayo/half plain yogurt)
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp curry powder
12 crushed wheat crackers (like Ritz) or breadcrumbs
1/4 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Steam cauliflower. Place in greased casserole dish.
Mix soup, mayo/yogurt, milk, curry powder together. Pour it onto the cauliflower.
Mix the crackers and butter together. Sprinkle it on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
