Salmon Dill Devilled Eggs

The is an Emeril Lagasse recipe. I've made it made times for parties, and there are never enough!

1 dozen hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 oz smoked salmon, finely chopped
2 tsp chopped fresh dill
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Mix the yolks with the remaining ingredients. Spoon it back into the egg whites. Cover and chill. Sprinkle with chopped dill before serving.
