Cranberry Sauce

This recipe is sweet and tart at the same time. It hits you right in the back of the jaw.

1 12-oz. bag cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Heat in a pan. Simmer until cranberries have burst, about 20 minutes.
