Pesto Sauce

1 large bunch of fresh basil
3 medium cloves garlic
handful pine nutes
3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
3 Tbsp olive oil

Chop the garlic and 1/3 of the basil. Add 1/3 more basil and chop some more. Add the rest of the basil and chop until finely minced. Add 1/2 of the pine nuts, chop. Add the rest of the pine nuts, chop. Add 1/2 of the cheese, chop. Add the rest of the cheese, chop. It should be able to press together into a ball. Put into a container; pour olive oil on top. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Mix in with 1/2 box pasta, steamed green beans, small mozzarella balls, and cherry tomatoes.
